10 THINGS I'M PROUD OF
...in 2022.
1. Competing in ANW Season 14
A huge milestone in my physical journey, and it's unbelievable that I get to compete with the best of the best.
2. Graduating
4.5 years in the making and a lifetime of memories.
3. Writing Clovers on the Road
So glad I took that poetry workshop, came back with a new way of expressing myself and a portfolio to be proud of.
4. TAing 6.006
Brings me back to the math team captain days, but with more preparation and more appeciation and joy. Learned a lot myself but mostly really proud to have a hand in helping some amazing students.
5. Making Beantown Clovers
Plus the world music class, learning about a bunch of world music, and the verse a weeks that I started in the Bay Area. A sort of mini-resurgence in my musical career?
6. Writing S-Tier Stuff Paper
Still something I want to execute and put to the test startup-wise, but a great project from a class where I learned a lot. Seems like all my classes gave me something important this year.
7. Vlogging and Creating Content
It's been really fun documenting some special moments to be able to look back at. Sort of culminated in an ANW 15 submission video that might be my favorite so far.
8. Running a Half Marathon
Happy that I tried something new, just sent it, and the whole mental aspect throughout the race that I still remember quite vividly. From tiring out on mile 3 to hitting a second wind and getting wrecked by those gels and the lack of training catching up to me.
9. Coding and Technical Stuff
More work to be done on S-Tier Stuff, but also some good work on graph theory related things, and that whole area is something I sort of miss and want to get back into further down the line.
10. Friendship
Having fun with old friends, staying close with the family, meeting new people. At the end of the day, it's gotta be the most important thing in life, huh.
